I had a mixed experience with New Profit. There were aspects that I liked and others that I didn't find satisfactory. Their website is informative, but it lacks a personal touch. I would appreciate more transparency about their impact and outcomes. Nonetheless, I believe they have the potential to improve and make a meaningful difference.
