Spent my day there yesterday, 11/20/14. It started with Greg in service. Nothing but a class act. He was very informative and a pleasure to deal with. I then spent the day with Micah, the salesman. Another class act. We ended up trading in the vehicle we brought in for service, and Micah made the purchase as painless as possible. Eric, Curtis, William Smith.....everyone I dealt with had a smile on their face and was eager to help. I don't want to buy a vehicle again for a while, but when I do I'm going back to Brown and Wood to see if Micah is still there. You should do the same.
