We ve been loyal customers for over a year and a half and these last two experiences have been horrible. My wife s microblading was horribly done (even after waiting the time frame and they plucked her eyebrows without her knowing and did not do the design like my wife asked and lady kept saying no, you ll look better this way - which she didn t ) and I booked us massages for our anniversary, show up, and the receptionist says oh, I only see yours. Wait a minute - I see they put you both in here and see the note but no masseuse was put on it and I m sorry but we don t have anyone available. Owner has not responded back to us and did not call us back when we were told she would. Extremely disappointed that as we have tried to explain the situation and are understood , that nothing has been done and there has been no remedy. I no longer trust this place and will spend a little more money for a better experience.
