If I could give these people less than one star I ...

If I could give these people less than one star I would. We have been trying to buy a small Mercedes from this dealership and it has turned into the longest and worst experience I have ever gone through. In 30+ years of buying cars..I have never had a situation where the finance people were rude, unhelpful, and what should have taken hours has now taken weeks. Yes weeks. Ever heard of spending weeks trying to buy a car? Neither did I. So why am I still in this horror story? Because they convinced my daughter to sign over her car to them..without giving her the car she was buying. Generally that is called theft. So people...run...yes run... from this dealership. There has to be someone better. I'm stuck because they took our money, took her car and are still holding onto the car we are trying to purchase. I am hoping this horror movie ends soon but if it doesn't and they still have our money and my daughter's car...my next move is the California Attorney General's office. That should tell your everything about this place right there. Run far and run fast. Guess how long it took to buy my younger daughter her car at a Mitsubishi dealership? 2 hours. Free and clear. This place has set a new standard for car dealership lows.
