I have been doing short sales a long time and I LOVE when I see the bank is Real Time Resolutions. This would not be my first time working with RTRs and I have never had a problem in fact the service that Chaz Munoz provided was well above average. He followed up with me promptly, responded to all my emails and the turn around time for paperwork was amazing!! I hope I get to work with Chaz again in the future and I wish all the banks had this processed streamlined like Real Time Resolutions!!
