My mom and I come here frequently, she gets books very often and normally we are treated ASAP. I know with corona times are hard and things get busy but this is the second day in a row my mom has had to leave untreated. Mind you she has told them her pain level and that she has had fevers and wooziness. KNOWING that means infection is running through her body. Yesterday they gave her something for her pain while she waited and the NP checked with us often to let us know she hasn t forgotten about us but today they took her blood and we haven t seen anyone for 2hrs but nurses are coming to our room taking machines STILL not asking my mom about how she is. WORST TRIP EVER. I don t think we will ever come back.
