This is horrible I have a child to take care of and for the last three days its been like this tryna get someone to answer the phone. I have a job waiting on me n becuz VA doesn't want to answer the phone I cant pay bills cuz I cant work n theres nothingnelse to do short of driving 3 hours to look someone n the face.
