The day staff was nice and helpful, but the night ...

The day staff was nice and helpful, but the night staff was utterly rude and condescending.
I have a very early flight out of of Dublin, so I decided to stay up and just sleep on the plane. So during the evening, while reading a novel, I helped myself for some tea. In the room, there is a hot pot and an espresso machine, along with sugars, 4 creamers, 4 coffee cartridges and several teas. After realizing I was out of cream I went down to reception and to request more.
After I asked the desk clerk for more cream, he acted confused and seemed annoyed of my inquiry. Then he had the nerve to yell and correct me. Where I'm from, the U.S., we tend to say cream instead of milk when using it with coffee or tea. So finally after specifying "milk" he argued that it wasn't the same. Then his attitude became negative, continued with his rude demeanor as he poured the milk in a tiny creamer pitcher, slammed the pitcher on the counter, and continued to speak to me with annoyance as if I was bothering him. That left me feeling insulted and unwelcome. Any one working in customer service must speak to guests with respect and courteousness but that didn't happen here. The night staff needs to brush up on their manners! Apparently for that desk receptionist jerk, hostility is his best policy.
Just to be clear, it was not just creamer I was upset about, but the way he handled the situation. He was unkind and rude.
Earlier, after I checked in and settled in my room, I soon discovered that the espresso machine was malfunctioning. When I first attempted to make coffee the machine was loud and produced nothing. Then I attempted to retry and again nothing; so I wasted two coffee cartridges. The third attempt was assisted by a housekeeper, to which he discovered that the machine's water reservoir was improperly positioned after it was refilled. That was not in any way my fault.
I was then told that the coffee would be replaced and any more additional teas/coffees and milk will be replenished by the time I came back from dinner. Later to discover it was not. So that was a lie on their part. Don't tell guests things will be done when in fact it won't be honored. Don't bother saying anything at all.
This is my last day, out of 10 days, here in Ireland. But after experiencing this, I highly unamused with how he treated me. What? Is asking for milk so hard and challenging to make the inquiry possible without the bad attitude. It's not like he was busy, the lobby was dead quiet and I could've sworn he was just on his phone when I approached the front desk. Don't come asking for anything at night when in fact the night staff prefer to not help even if the task is super easy. Could've done it myself but that isn't my job. He totally spoiled my mood and my evening.
