My elderly Parents were left outside by themselves...

My elderly Parents were left outside by themselves (my mom, and dad in a wheelchair and vomiting out in the emergency room parking lot while me and my sister were getting the car to pick them up). This was 4:00 am, my Mom is 83 and Dad is 85. This happened on 9/6/15.
