BE WARNED that if you stay at this hotel to keep track of your purchases. I have had them repeatedly charge my card for our hotel and now it has overcharged my card, made me miss payments on my bills, and cancel my card. We spent 3 nights there. Paid a deposit of the first night a week before going which was 86 and was only to pay for the following 2 nights when we arrived. We paid 305 on the remaining balance and was told that our room was not ready and the only thing available was on the 5th floor. We decided to take it having drove down there as soon as we left work and having no sleep. We woke up to the lights from outside shining in and a wall directly in front. We asked if we could change rooms for the remaining of our stay and they moved us. That night my card got charged an extra 400 dollars which that was money for our auto bill pay while we were away. Talked to the front desk and they put 400 back on and said we would be charged for 1 night( paid in deposit). They said we would get a call back in a couple of hours but instead we got charged another 168 which was supposed to be taken put of the 305 we already paid. We finally got the 168 back, went to take out of the atm and later that night we got charged another 168 (account balance now negative) and how-TO FIGURE, there has not been 1 person to handle this and now had to cancel my card. Now when I get paid I'll have extra money coming out for over draft fees which is another almost 200 bucks.
