I just finished renting a home through Maas for a year and a half and I have to say that my experience with Kris was far different then most of the reviews I have read. She was very polite and easy to communicate with. Most of the communication was through text messaging which was my preferred method as it's easy and convenient as I work full time. I only had a couple issues with the home and Kris got ahold of the owner right away who came over and replaced the water heater. My neighbors were the only trouble makers and difficult people in my whole experience when renting the home from Maas. It was an adorable home right next to the college, elementary school and just 6 mins from the hospital for me. The only reason for leaving the home was that the owners decided to sell the home. Otherwise I would have stayed there indefinitely.
