We called up to book and was informed we didn't have to as "it wasn't that busy today" when we arrived, there was nowhere to park and aboit 45 minute wait. Gentleman at the desk had an "i dont care" attitude. Didnt make eye contact until at the end of talking at us. 2nd desk, the lady was very polite and inviting. When we finally made it to the desk to pay, the lady serving us spoke very quietly and then looked as if she was getting annoyed as we had to ask politely for her to repeat herself several times. We sat and ordered food and drinks and out waitress was bubbly and very polite. The text messaging service was confusing, we received our text to go to a bay ( we wasn't informed which bay) ended up in a bay upstairs (number 40), set up and then 5 minutes into our 1st game, relieved a text to tell us that bay 9 was set up and ready for us. Food was delicious and very reasonably priced. Overall had a nice day out. I just feel that there could be a feel little things improved to make the overall experience that bit better.
