Save yourselves and DON T use this company. They are simply terrible. They make promises they don t keep and they don t bother to let you know. The fact that there was a possibility of bad weather that caused delays is understandable. Not informing their client is absolutely unacceptable. To add insult to injury their customer service people are rude and offensive. Joey was condescending and belligerent. He specifically promised me he will update we every hour and did not do it. I had a moving truck coming and no idea if the dumpster will be removed. Well, it was not. I honestly am shocked at their conduct. To top it all they are now overcharging a crazy amount under false pretenses. Read the other bad reviews, they all say same. Alpha Dumpsters should be dumped. It s disgusting.
