I usually don't give reviews but in this case I saw it only right to take the time out to let everyone know what a wonderful dealership the Courtesy Auto Group is. I purchased a vehicle from them yesterday, I was a little skeptical of trying to apply for an auto loan because my credit isn't quite where I would like it to be it's not bad but it wasn't great. I saw the vehicle that I was interested in online I did an inquiry the previous night at about 11:30 p.m. the very next day before noon Johnathan Welty reached out to me and we got the process going needless to say he got me into my dream car (2017 Dodge Charger)with payments that I could afford all in less than 48 hours. It didn't stop there when I arrived at the dealership I was met by Tom Murman who had everything ready for me he understood that I was making a 2-hour drive to pick the vehicle up and I was anxious to get on the road and get back home. He had everything ready to go the car was detailed gassed up and ready. After the intial walk around if the vehicle I noticed a few things that needed attention, without hesitation Tom took care of everything. I highly recommend Courtesy to anyone looking to purchase new or used. This dealership is like no other, their customer service exceeded all of my expectations.,

Well I initially gave a 5 star review because everything went so perfect and customer service was great, I guess that's only until after you make your purchase. There were a few dings and scratches on my car that was supposed to be taken care of, nothing major but I mean it's a brand new car and I don't want to see paint chips especially when I didn't do it. Needless to say it's been two months and no one has gotten in touch with me to schedule my repairs as promised, they won't when return my calls. I'm over it lesson learned I won't be so quick to write a review
