From notary making errors on paperwork-wrote his commission expiration in the date space- to releasing EXPENSIVE packages without checking ID, to just all around terrible customer service. Arrogant employees whose attitudes leave much to be desired. (Released package without signature today 4-10-19 around 2:30 pm by tall man with long dark hair and beard)
