Hello Everyone!
Going to start this by pointing out that the majority of reviews here are for a different company: Parkland Point. If you search recent comments, you'd get an idea of what is going on here.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Like, I don't know anyone who can be as bad as these guys are. They are nice and smiling but when it comes to dealing with problems, they turn into "we got a contract and you are obliged".
Long story short, they don't care about you. Not at all. Any little thing and they want your money. You got locked out? Pay 30$ for "key delivery". And you know what? The maintenance people needed to come there anyway, costing company ZERO DOLLARS, but hey, gotta make money!
They switched to a new payment system and because of this you forgot to change all your payment profiles.. guess what? THEY THREATEN TO EVICT YOU IN LESS THAN A MONTH AFTER DOING THAT! Even though you had a perfectly fine payment profile less than a month before.

AGAIN, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY WANT MONEY MORE THAN ANYTHING ELSE IN THE WORLD.
