My initial contact was poor the promise to call back didn t happen. So I had to call mini for the third time to book in an appointment to get my brake pads replaced.
I had an waiting appointment wasn t offered a coffee or a drink whilst I was waiting for my car to be worked on which was a 90 minute wait.
The video & feedback of car was excellent which is the most important to me.
I feel since customer service at front of house could be better & all customers should be treated equally & not by gender when offered drinks etc
