My lab has been a customer of GMI for several year...

My lab has been a customer of GMI for several years. When we opened up the blood Diagnositics Lab we looked to GMI to get a Hematology Analyzer. Working with GMI has been very good. Every instrument has its on issues and GMI s customer service has been higher than what I expected. Each person I had to deal with has been exceptional in helping me resolve any issue I had. Used instruments often have some issues and Rick in the service department has been extremely easy to work with and helping me resolve those rare issues.
Thank you GMI for making my experience very beneficial for the patients I serve!!
