I highly recommend Jim and his team! My loan with another lender fell through. Jim Polakovich and his staff picked up the pieces and turned everything around in just a couple of weeks. We were able to close on the same day as our selling house and get immediately into our new home. They were fast, professional and very easy to work with. The online signing was very efficient and easy. Again, I highly recommend them!
