Went to Sil Ter Har this morning for minor assistance with our GT Mustang. Did not have an appointment but was told by Rachel on the phone (a service rep) at Sil Ter Har to just bring the car in. We were skeptical that this could be resolved this easy. Got there around 9 AM and met with Gigi (a service rep who meets and greets folks as they pull in). She was very nice and helpful. They pulled the car into the Bay and Mitch, the service manager, looked at the issue and resolved it right there. They were friendly and extremely helpful. We were pleased with the great service we received. No cost, no problem, just great customer service. These folks do it right. It was refreshing to be treated in this manner. Thank you Sil Ter Har. Both Gigi and Mitch deserve a raise.
