I recently purchased a pair of shoes, and the experience has been more frustrating than enjoyable. 😕 While the design caught my eye, the fit was awkward and didn’t feel true to size. Trying to reach customer service for assistance was another hurdle. I found the responses to be slower than I expected, and the information was not particularly helpful. It's unfortunate because I was looking forward to enjoying my new footwear. Sadly, it didn’t meet my expectations. 👎
