I did a local search for a used Honda Ridgeline truck and found that they are in VERY short supply. People who have them, do not want to get rid of them. I ended up doing a national search and found a number of them scattered around the country. After reviewing all of them, I settled on one from Honda World in Louisville, Kentucky. Honda World took this truck in on trade and then did all the scheduled maintenance on it. They didn't just put it out on the lot as is and "hope for the best", they actually made the truck as new as they could. I contacted them via email and was assigned to Jordan Baisas for sales. Jordon went out his way for me! He put the truck up on the lift and took undercarriage photos for me. He drove the truck, and took videos of both the inside and outside for me. He answered every question I could put at him! I feel confident flying to Louisville to purchase and then drive this truck home. Jordan is even picking me up at the airport!!! Way to go Jordon and Honda World. I wish more car dealers acted like you!
