I'm not sure what to say, except everything was done well. From Peter asking all the right questions upon check in. He learned it was my first stay at your property. Although a Hyatt member. My usual is the Blackstone when in Chicago. I arrived at my room to find that I had been upgraded to a suite. Class act. I promptly called down to thank him.
Dinner in their restaurant was superb. Service at the bar was excellent where I ate. Excellent Tiger roll, followed by Prawns served in a heavenly broth and garlic toast. Amazing! The salmon was wonderful and cooked perfect. The vinaigrette tossed Brussels with the grits cake was just a perfect mix of tastes and textures. Nicely done! Creme Brullee...out of this world! I needed to leave a bag and upon return. The Valet immediately went to retrieve my bag and have my car brought around. Class Act A-Z. Five stars! Next time I'll bring my wife. Thank you.
