worst employment experience in my life. You will be verbally abused by the management. One day in an employee meeting we were being yelled at and one of the managers said, "If you're told to shovel f---ing p-ss then you shovel f---ing p-ss." So in the process of doing what I was told I ended up on a ladder in a hung ceiling with no one holding the ladder. It slipped. I busted up my shin, got nerve damage in my arm from trying to catch myself, and knocked myself out. And then instead of putting me on temporary disability, they put me to work for less pay hunched over a filing cabinet all day. People even came by and commented how hard it was on their bodies and they could only do it for 3-4 hours a day and they had me doing it with a busted shin and nerve damage in my arm all day. It was the only way I could still get paid. I ended up missing quite a few days because of the pain and they had nothing else for me to do. I was never compensated. It was awful so I convinced the doctor I was ready to go back to work and the first place they put me is in a crawl space. My arm and shin were still hurting so I complained and ended up losing my job in the process. They make you work out in the cold with their company gear and it is not enough. They wont let you wear a sweatshirt underneath. I spoke up about freezing and my toes being cold and they cited me for that when they terminated me too. They want you to show up at 7-730 in the morning but they dont want to start paying you until 8. I was trying to advance myself into a better position where I wouldn't be in crawl spaces any more and they cited me for that on my termination as well. Apparently you are not supposed to try and advance yourself in this company. I was in the Army and this was worse. I have never been treated like a tool and then thrown away when they couldn't abuse me any more like they did to me. Stay away from this place.
