If I could give a zero star rating I would, this is the best company in the world when it comes to something on your part (late rent/grass or yard) but maintaining the property is last on their list of priorities, we resigned our lease almost 2 years ago, had a walk through to list any issues needing to be addressed now since we had been already requesting some work be done the list was kind of long. He took pictures and everything. Now 2 months and about 15 phone calls later with messages we still haven't heard from them on any progress we call and are assured we would get a call back but never do. To top it off my bathroom sink was hanging off the wall and leaking for so long I had to fix it with the understanding I would be payed for doing so but guess what? I wasn't. I don't know what to do. Any suggestions?
