I would highly recommend Jere Matheny and First Capital Property Group. I have never experienced such great customer service from a leasing agent - ever. I didn't even know it existed! I am more so used to the residential side of things as a mortgage lender and had such poor experiences with commercial agents every time i have looked for office space. Jere has been so involved with us and responsive to make sure our deal went smooth that it changed my perception of the entire commercial real estate industry as a whole.
