I applied back in 08 I believe.. finally got approved two years after. The letter placed me on the north side where at the time I had no transportation nor anyone to help me move there. So I kept calling them to let them know I needed somewhere closer, as the letter states you to do so. Never got in contact with ANYONE!!! And I basically had to lose an apartment I was waiting on for so long... smdh. People like that do not care about helping the public what so ever, all they care about is a check as long as they have a roof over their families head... sad case.
