We checked intp the hotel and the room we had reserved was not to our liking. I was so disappointed. After I saw the room I asked for another room. The manager of the hotel and Ina a wonderful staff member were so accommodating and gave us a beautiful room. It was a special weekend . I could not thank you enough for being so understanding.
