I recently had two different company's come out and give us a quote on putting in an egress window. Travis from innovative basements came out as well as a different company. I truly wish we had gone with innovative. the wonderful and professional service that we received would have been well worth the extra money. since the window has been installed we have had nothing but problems and it has taken the other company weeks to even get back to us. we will definitely be going to innovative from now on with any other concerns.
