It was always amazing to see how the main office 'management' didn't know of certain issues within these group homes where as countless emails were provided by staff. Executive management should examine the regional managers' more closely to ensure fair and equal treatment of all staff. If not, staff retention will continue to falter. Again, the CEO needs to be aware that his District/Regional and House Managers need proper retraining and Cultural Inclusion Training so that the American Born individuals aren't ostracized by those that aren't.
