It was always amazing to see how the main office 'management' didn't know of certain issues within these group homes where as countless emails were provided by staff. Executive management should examine the regional managers' more closely to ensure fair and equal treatment of all staff. If not, staff retention will continue to falter. Update: No there is no confusion on what location this is; perhaps your PR team is working overtime. ARC in Severn, MD; yes, I'm clear on that and hold documents that most persons maintain. Again, the CEO needs to be aware that his District/Regional and House Managers need proper retraining and Cultural Inclusion Training so that the American Born individuals aren't ostracized by those that aren't.
