If I could give them a zero, I would. Working with this company or whomever they are saying they are working with was BEYOND a nightmare. I would not recommend doing business with this lender or anyone they recommend. They are not forthcoming, they will tell you all these elaborate plans they have for a refi & then, come back with issue after issue blaming someone else. They continue to leave out information even after being probed multiple times - you're lucky if you EVER make it to closing. We decided to cancel after recognizing how incompetent they were. If you are a veteran, I would avoid them & any other lender they recommend.
