Worst experience ever!! Financing manager (John To...

Worst experience ever!! Financing manager (John Torres) is rude. Went in there for just a $2000 vehicle and got conned into a $10000 vehicle. After seven hours (with a three year old) the first day we left due to not having all paperwork needed at the time. Go back the next day with all the paperwork they said I needed along with two blank checks for additional deposits and get told the vehicle they was putting us in failed inspection. So they put us in another vehicle and refused to tell us how much it was for. Then the financing manager came out and refused to work with our wage verification letter due to the owner putting this was for wage verification only and his company was not responsible for the debt of the loan should anything happen (which I completely understand why the owner put this and did not argue). When we told the financing manager that the owner of my husbands job refused to take this off, he said well then there's no deal. He was rude and point blank told us to take our business elsewhere. I have never been treated so cheap or shallow in my life by a complete stranger or a manager for that fact. Got denied over a clause in a wage verification letter. I would not recommend this company for anyone. It's sad I went in there for a $2000 vehicle with $400 cash, two checks post dated for next week worth $500 each and a trade in and they refused to work with me. When asking to see the car, they still haven't shown it to me after ten hours being in their business. I know I don't have credit for a $10000+ vehicle which is why I never asked for that. I have been a manager for most by career life in the customer service department. A customer is a customer regardless of the spend $1000 or $100,000. Regardless of how much you spend, in the end, your are both still people.
Oh and just to clear one thing up, my salesman was not a problem. He was just the message relayer until the financing manager came out. He was trying his hardest to help us, which this was out of his control. It's a shame he just lost a sale, even if it was a small one due to one paragraph in a wage verification form.
