The whole point of booking this hotel was for the pool. We would have never stayed here otherwise. The girl at the front desk is way less than friendly and I was just ZERO response in my comments about the pool. I also just read reviews and the pool has been closed for months and they're not notifying customers?! What a rip off. This place is also very unclean and I'm not even sure we are going to stay our full trip. This place needs to be shut down. They even reused the paper envelope the room keys go in!! She crossed off the old number and threw our new keys in there. What a joke.
