The Paris Hotel is one of my favorite places to stay. Love the Atmosphere and seeing the Bellagio water shows from our room. That is always a mini vacation for me. December 2020 was the first time I had stayed in a Hotel since covid. When I spend $400 a night on a Hotel room or any amount, I expect to have coffee in my room or room service. Much to my surprise we had neither. I hate having to get dressed up and go downstairs just to get a cup of coffee. Virus or not, they could still bring coffee to the room and leave it outside. Other people complained too. There is no six feet apart in elevators! When we first arrived they did not have our reservation so that was a challenge, they said it was a problem day. I was also disappointed that there were no pens or notepads as usual. In addition there was not even a Bible. We did appreciate the magazine in our room! They could also put two chairs in the room. The fridge did not work well or close, the brightness on the TV was going out. When we first got to the room there was a broken lamp. We called to let them know it was not us. We loved the band and music they had and wanted to dance. It was obvious others did too because they were dancing outside the rail. All the giftshops were closed after 10:00, which was sad since so many people wanted to shop, after all is is Christmas and Las Vegas is a 24 hour town. They lost money!! It also smelled like weed everywhere! Housekeeping was great at bringing us what we needed. We stayed Saturday and Sunday night to celebrate Birthdays! We wont go back till they have room service and the quality of service that the Paris is known for! We give them a 3.5 Star this time!
