As always, I have had a great experience here. All the reps are extremely friendly and knowledgeable, they're understanding when it comes to costs and they always provide the best service. Only reason I cannot provide 5 stars is because the last few times I have had my car serviced there, it has not been washed or vacuumed like they used to :( Overall though, zero complaints and I plan to continue my service at Herb Chambers Boston!
