hi my name is Bobby I am the owner of ATS one of the largest appliance service company in southern AZ.I do know what good and bad service is. Pima pools is about half way done with my pool renovation. They have been a superb company to work with, they call every day with the next days work to be done and what has been done that day. To my surprise they even call if no one is going to be there. I can have piece of mind at work knowing that they are taking care of business at my home. The office personal is awesome so polite. I had question that where hard to answer so the owner came out to my house to meet me a very down to business man he explain everything never acted like he didn't have time for me. I expect it to continue to the end of the work. I will follow up with you when its done
