We were guests at the Resort July 16-23. Our first room was dirty and we had to move due to having roaches. The staff recommended we stay in the room and they would just spray. We did not except that recommendation. It took 1 1/2 to figure out what they were going to do. While waiting at check-in, other guests were also being moved due to having roaches in their room. Finally we changed rooms. The next room too not very clean. The carpet still had debris from previous guests and dust everywhere. The hallways were dirty and hot. The outdoor pool decent but the indoor pool had areas taped off like a crime scene. We got a 40 dollar food coupon for the inconvenience. Not worth the aggravation. Would not recommend this facility to anyone. Need major updating and quality staff.
