It s was a pleasant stay all these while until my last visit 2 days a day.

Everything is good about Hotel Jen. But sometimes your whole experience turns bad when the staffs are not handling matters in the right way.

It was 5pm when I arrived at the premier club lounge, I walked in to get myself some food and drinks. Looking at the empty trays and a few freshly refilled trays, I thought maybe I could just get myself something to fill the stomach while waiting. As I was happily taking some kuihs , one of the staffs (tall slim man) told me we are not ready yet. We start at 5.30pm . I replied oh, should I put it back? . Its ok. U can have it but we are not ready yet he said. Feeling confusing and guilty, should I continue to eat or just wait till 5.30pm? I have no idea that it starts at 5.30pm sharp because there isn t any signs indicating this. It s really offensive to tell ur customer that because it make me look kinda not welcomed.

Should U put a sign at the entrance stating what time u start serving? So that ur precious and regular customers can read and follow ur rules set. Instead of being told off .

I hope the management is taking this seriously as I really waited until 5.30pm to eat what I took initially.
