Despite a large coat check area, the Museum turns away visitors with luggage (cabin luggage) leaving them with no alternative. The hotels in the area will also not hold the luggage for a quick visit. The unflexibility and lack of compasion baffles me.

The concept of the museum includes a digital guide, which is designed in a way that it takes a long while to click and dial on the screen to hear the whole story behind a painting, rendering you focused on the guide rather the ambience. Very user unfriendly.

Overall customer experience very low.
