Absolutely terrible. The staff don't care about you and the place looks like a train wreck. It was literally faster for me to drive down to San Jose and go through the ER at Good Samaritan (triage, wait, see a doc, and be discharged) than it was to just see a triage nurse at Sutter General. Completely unacceptable.
