Ask yourself this, have you ever seen a Chick-fil-A that isn't busy? They really are best of breed as it relates to fast food joints. The service is efficient and super helpful, and the food is always great. The only suggestions I could offer is to change their loyalty program...I don't want to use special Chick-fil-A $ from an app and if I earn a treat, don't give me a few weeks to claim it. Also, the large nugget tray costs $70? That is ridiculous.
