First you have to call a million times, leaving a million messages they never receive because they outsource their call center. Then you get told off for 10 minutes strait by some one with a God complex that has the comprehension of a 5 year old-Ben calling you liar and all sorts of names because he doesn t believe you. In spite of also emailing and texting him. Then, when asked if you can speak, immaturely hangs up on you. I had to file a complaint to get the head attorney to call me to get talked to and treated like a human. Why take a job helping people if you don t want to listen to them, help them, go off like a ticking time bomb on people, have no professional skills, and hang up on people???
