Checked in to the Hotel Early at 7 am , as i had an early arrival & inspite of mentioning the same to the Hotel Staff well in advance they did not let us check in to our rooms , or any other room for brief period of time , in spite of mentioning we had 3 elderly Senior Citizens & a 4 year old Child .

Alternatively they sold us the Idea of Moving into the Suite (312) for a additional Charge of 17K odd ( INR) for the entire duration of Stay of 4 nights .
However ,When asked to allow us to use the Suite for 1 day if not half a Day and move us to our designated standard Rooms later in the day or day after , the same was denied on the grounds that , the rate at which they are offering us the Suite would be applicable only for the Full Tenure of Stay & One Day stay would be 3 times more .

So , Basically , the hotel seized the opportunity to exploit my early arrival situation along with 3 senior Citizens & child to extract additional Money than what has been already paid for .

There was no empathy Showed to my concerns & we had been Compelled to move into a room which was not in out budget .

Since the hotel does not have a Proper Indian Menu at its Restaurants , you will have to move out of the Hotek to have your Lunch or Dinner , Only the Breakfast served is Indian , but of average taste & options .

The Hotel Staff Denied to even provide for Cuttlery in the Room for Food called from outside and it was only on account of a request made to an Indian Gentleman named Saurabh at the reception desk , the same was much later provided for .

The Hotel Staff is other wise Courteous & Helpful ( Bell Boys & Waiters ), but the service to a request made into the room leaves a lot to be desired , infact very Lousy & unresponsive most of times .

Location is Good , with nice Indian Eating Joints in the Vicinity & proximity to metro Station is an advantage
