My husband and I tried to rent a property through this agency--we worked directly with the owners and all parties were in agreement on terms. However Huneycutt wanted us as tenants to be pay a carpet cleaning fee out of our security deposit (there is no carpet in the home), the rekey after the lease is up (labeling it a "damage" in their lease) was also required to be paid from our security deposit, and required the pet deposit to be non-refundable even though the property owners agreed to make it refundable. Of course there was no dollar amount listed for the "carpet" cleaning or rekey so they can just charge whatever crazy cost they come up with.
