(2-26-2020) Update to recent reply from Lawrence Kia:

I purchased a vehicle from you in mid January of 2019 (I believe it was the 19th). I have contacted the dealership previously. My sister (the cosigner) worked with the dealership numerous times as well and you did not honor your warranty and consistently mislead her to believe that you would take care of the issues with the vehicle until you were outside of the warranty period and did nothing. If I was in Lawrence I would have taken legal action against you. You are lucky she chose to handle things a different way than I would have. I have already filed a customer complaint and will not be filing another.

Sold me a pos and didn't stay true to their warranty policy.
