Waited 4 hours to see a doctor. Asked the front desk staff how much longer and they couldn t give us an estimated time and we have to stay. After the doctor came in and told us she finished the examination on my pet, they didn t bring her back up for another hour! She was probably down there all alone that whole time. I knew they weren t going to be with my pet after the exam, so why not bring her back up with me. Took another hour to give us our medication and the vet tech helping us was not nice, and seemed like she didn t know what she was talking about. The most unprofessional vet hospital i have ever been at. Do not recommend. I am not coming back unless one of my pets is on their death bed and our primary vet is closed. Do not come here unless you want rude staff, a ridiculous wait time, overpriced services, and the vet to tell you i don t know what s wrong with your pet.
