Would suggest buying from this company and giving as a gift or getting as a gift. However Online customer service will grill you for the person's name that made the purchase
What if you don't know?? Apparently they refuse to exchange their own goods even though their goods bear their brand name. Ridiculous, a customer shouldn't have to go through that. The whole point ladies and gentlemen is to make the whole process as smooth as silk with no snags so the customer is 100 percent ( so you claim) satisfied. Practice what you preach. If I'm not satisfied with one of your branded products and go through the trouble of sending it back for exchange you LL Bean should honor that. The way I honor you by spending my money on your goods.
