We moved in to the Preserve 2 1/2 years ago "until our house in NC sold". Well, the house sold two years ago but we're still here. Why? We love it. Our apartment is quiet and plenty of space for the two of us. The staff is outstanding. Maintenance requests are handled (typically) same day. The pool is great and extremely well maintained. In short, we have not found a compelling reason to move. If I were a college kid looking for a party scene I'd look elsewhere. However, for a couple or a family just looking for a comfortable place to live, it's hard to beat.
