Worst customer experience I ve ever encountered with any resort. With all the uncertainty surrounding Covid-19 I had to cancel my most recent trip to Turks. Unfortunately I tested positive for the virus 24 hours after making my booking. I promptly called the resort well in advance of my reservation and just 24 hours after booking. They had absolutely no flexibility and kept $22,000 for providing no services. This is disgusting for an institution that is revered for high class customer care. It just shows they really just want to take advantage of charging astronomical prices without actually caring for the people that stay there.
