Today I was serviced for a simple oil change at 10 with and appointment at 10:30 sat there till 230 for a oil change. We leased the vehicle there and on arrival they wanted me to pay for it with it already included on my warranty. I've been to others service places offer complementary coffee or food for the wait nothing here no one update me on what my car status was till I called twice asking what was happening. We were the only ones there plus one guy everyone else left so I'm assuming this is typical timing for them. After getting the vehicle keys back they just said your car is parked outside. Instead of having up front with the technician and taking the protective covering of the car I had to go look through the lot for my vehicle and inside they left the paperwork of the work done and that was my 4 hour oil change for my vehicle at the service department very unsatisfied
